The manufacturing industry continues to gain steam as suppliers in Thailand expand into new categories for export. With the central regions of Thailand still the primary location for manufacturing and the north-eastern areas more associated with quality hand-made goods.
Thai suppliers have long exported a large array of goods including textiles and garments, agricultural goods, food and beverage and electrical goods like computers and electrical appliances. Plastics and automotive parts are manufactured for large car companies like Toyota, Mercedes Benz and Honda.
The Thailand capital of Bangkok is where many of the goods are exported from with a large port giving access to shipping containers and logistics companies.
